Shipping and returns

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to anywhere in the United States. We do not currently ship outside the US.

Orders are picked and dispatched within a few business days of being placed. You will get a tracking number by email on the day your order leaves us.

If you are ordering as a Christmas gift, order early. Once carriers publish their holiday cut off dates we post the last safe order date on the home page.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it.

To start a return, email us at the address on our contact page with your order number and, if something arrived damaged, a photo. We will reply within one business day with return instructions.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return reaches us. Bank processing usually adds a few days on top of that.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order turns up damaged, do not send it back before contacting us. Email a photo and we will sort out a replacement or a refund without you paying to ship anything.

Cancelling an order

If your order has not shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it. Once it has shipped it becomes a return.
